When I have migraine, I like to take like pain relievers like Tyrenol, like Advil. I think that's like the best way to help with your migraine.

I suffer from migraine with aura since I was 12 or 13, so it's basically 30 years. Not drinking coffee, avoiding tea as well, has helped a lot. I live in Italy, I'm Italian, here everybody drinks a lot of coffee, but I never drink coffee. I never actually liked it, probably my organism was saying that it was not something that was good for me, but I had a lot of tea. I noticed that when I interrupted the assumption of tea that I did basically for my bowel problem, things went better.

As many of you know, abdominal migraines are most common in children. A lot of them are linked to what you eat. Bell peppers, dark chocolate, as well as processed meats can lead to abdominal migraines in children and some of the symptoms that you can tell that they're having one is they'll be super pale, they won't be able to keep anything down, they'll be super nauseous, and oftentimes it's also accompanied with a migraine headache. The only treatment once they have it, most of the time medicine doesn't work, make sure that they are kept in a dark area, there's not a lot of noise, and make sure that they're laying down because if they stand up at all they could pass out, but mostly avoiding those types of foods and avoiding super stressful situations are the best way to control or prevent it from happening.

I took medicine that made me have serious migraines for like up to five hours a day and what I did was recognize my diet. I recognized that I was eating a lot of junk food and that I was not drinking enough water so definitely drink enough water. I would close your eyes, lie down, make sure you're not looking at a screen and then I would just chug caffeine. I just drank coke all the time which isn't that healthy but if you balance it out with enough water it's good but the coke and making sure that you have caffeine in your system really helps migraines go away.

A good treatment for migraines is just to drink a lot of water and get into a relaxed situation. So whether that is like turning off lights, going into a kind of a restful situation or environment, that helps. Something that also helps me is doing like sound canceling headphones or in a silent situation. Even like calming music can sometimes still exacerbate the symptoms.
