The best way I've found to treat migraines, especially the ones that I had as a kid, was to just take a nap. Usually when I was able to fall asleep, it's sometimes hard just because it hurts so bad or it's just so debilitating, it's hard to fall asleep. But once I could fall asleep, usually if I could take a good 20 or 30 minute nap or whatever or even go to sleep for the night, I'd usually wake up and I don't know, it was just a body reset. So try sleeping.
