Causes for migraines is kind of really hard to pinpoint because it's not directly to any certain action or thing you're doing. Sometimes it'll just come on suddenly. There can be triggers from the other section, but for me, I think it just came on because of all the stress, all the anxiety, and all the pressure from high school because it started in high school right away. And I think it also had to do about like poor diet and less exercise and just a whole lot of things that could have contributed to making this be a chronic problem. And it was obviously more than just headaches because it was more often making me more sick, getting more severe. So causes are really hard to pinpoint, but for me, I definitely know there's been a lot of triggers that I've noticed to try to minimize.
