I think one of the worst experiences I had with migraines was when I was like maybe seven, eight years old. It was Christmas Eve and I had a migraine so I couldn't participate in any of the festivities my family was had going on. I was super nauseous. I ended up throwing up and then eventually after I threw up I was able to get to sleep so that was good.
