One of the best places to eat in Athens is called the White Tiger, which is this cute little barbecue place. They have barbecue and banana pudding and lots of quaint southern desserts. So if you're into southern food, White Tiger. If you're vegan, a great place to eat in Athens is called the Maypole, which is spelled M-A-E-P-O-L-E, and they basically do these bowls with, quinoa or rice and sweet potatoes and yummy sauces, and it's really great and vegan-friendly. Or if you're not vegan, they also have meat options as well, and it's sustainable. They use recycled materials for all of their bowls and forks and straws and things, so yeah.

One of the famous places to eat in Athens is called the Varsity, which is like a little hamburger or hot dog place. The Varsity was a restaurant that was located near the University of Georgia when it was in Atlanta. And then when the University of Georgia moved to Athens, it moved along with it. So they're really famous for their frozen oranges, which is like kind of like an Orange Julius, but thicker. And when you walk through the door, they all shout, What do you have? What do you have? So yeah, it's a fun place.
