So at Southern Virginia University, we're pretty involved in the community, like with the high school and the middle school and everything like that. And so there was a young man who was going to high school here in Buena Vista, and he was, he struggled with bullying a little bit. And so, you know, didn't have many friends. And the rugby team here at Southern Virginia University, they befriended him. They threw him a surprise birthday party. They would always invite him to the rugby games and let him sit on the sideline with them and just befriended him in any way that they could. And you could tell that the young boy really appreciated it and it meant the world to him. And it also meant the world to his parents too. And so that was extremely cool to see.

So I play on the men's volleyball team at Southern Virginia University and last year we had a fan who's in middle school and he'd always come to our games he'd always hold up signs for us and he would always you know just be cheering us on at our games and so to show our appreciation the whole team actually got a volleyball and we all signed our names we all signed our numbers on it and we gifted him the ball along with a jersey and it was pretty cool it was it was a great act of kindness that that we showed him and you could tell that he really appreciated it and we really appreciated his support as well.
