What’s your favorite thing about SLCC?

SLCC: Recommended Classes/Professors

Any classes or professors you recommend?

  • Jolene Allan was the best pharmacology teacher until she was forced out unethically. All the other experienced teachers while I was there are gone now too on Francine’s accord. Matt someone was nice (RN) (Anonymous, 2014-2016)

SLCC: Places To Eat

What are the best places to eat near SLCC?

  • Village Baker. (Camber, 2014-2018)
  • Haha there is literally no where good besides Sugarhouse near SLCC SS. (Jake, 2016-2018)
  • Which campus? There’s Village Baker near S. Jordan and Cafe Rio south of the Taylorsville campus and an Asian place that has killer pho just north of Taylorsville on the west side of Redwood road. (Anonymous)

How’s crime/safety at SLCC?

SLCC: Advice For Freshmen

Advice for a new Freshman:

  • Use a 4-5 month paper calendar (one 1 page) and write all the due dates of all of your classes for the whole semester in different colored ink on that same page. (Anonymous, 2014-2016)
