I connect with them and I build a relationship so that they transfer clients to me and we have an agreement for commission. So we both benefit. I transfer some of my clients to my graphic designers because it's a mutually beneficial relationship. I get, for example, let's say 10% of what they charge the client and likewise I give them 10% whenever they transfer any clients to me. That's a really good tip to keep in mind. Think of all the other industries who are somewhat related to your industry and then you can build relationships that way and succeed.

So one tip for success I had was to not be afraid to ask questions. So a lot of developers, especially starting out, think you need to know everything, but a language there's way too much. All the various frameworks, it's like trying to memorize every dialect of a language, but with all the various nuances and it won't work. So it's best to try to know as much as you can and research what you don't know. Sometimes I've just can't find the answer. I have no idea at all what to do, or I have an idea, but I can't really figure out exactly. So just ask some questions, you know, if you have friends or, you know, family members or a teacher, or even if you have a job and coworkers, definitely ask questions if you're not sure about the answer.
