I connect with them and I build a relationship so that they transfer clients to me and we have an agreement for commission. So we both benefit. I transfer some of my clients to my graphic designers because it's a mutually beneficial relationship. All the various frameworks, it's like trying to memorize every dialect of a language, but with all the various nuances and it won't work. So it's best to try to know as much as you can and research what you don't know. Sometimes I've just can't find the answer. I have no idea at all what to do, or I have an idea, but I can't really figure out exactly. So just ask some questions, you know, if you have friends or, you know, family members or a teacher, or even if you have a job and coworkers, definitely ask questions if you're not sure about the answer.
