Senior Care Agency Owner

As the owner of a senior care agency, every day it looks a little different. I have many caregivers scheduled to serve many different clients and the situation daily is unique to each of those caregivers and each of those clients. So oftentimes we'll have caregivers who have medical or auto emergencies or a child is sick or something of that sort. They have to pull out of work and my job is to find someone to replace them for the day and sometimes if I can't find someone that's me running there to fulfill a need that we've committed to for that client. Other times we have client emergencies. A client may be transferred to the hospital because they're just not the normal selves or they've had a fall or you know a billion different scenarios there. So every day just brings a new challenge and being able to roll with that is really really important.
