I think the hardest aspect of having seizures is not knowing what to expect because you don't know if the day you have plans like going out with your friends or going to school and have an important test if it's gonna work out because you might have a seizure and it's just not gonna work out later or also you can't drive so like for me it isn't such a big problem but for adults I think it is so but I'm also scared when I'm going like alone in a bus because I don't know what to expect so I'm usually just quite like please don't have a seizure please don't have a seizure but when I'm with my friends it's easier but you know just the fear that you just don't know what to expect it's I think it's the hardest

So I think one of the hardest aspects for me with having epilepsy is that I wasn't aware that my kind of seizures were happening. I didn't have the grand mal seizures which are the kind you typically think of when you have seizures but mine were called petite mal seizures and so it was really hard because I was not aware of what's going on so that can be really scary.
