If you suffer from seizures, doesn't matter if they're epileptic or non-epileptic, they are valid, you are valid, you are not gross, you are not disgusting, you do- you are not embarrass yourself, it's not like that, it's not something you can control. I used to think about myself, that I'm gross, but- and what other people think, but it's not worth it, like, we cannot control it, so why beat- why beat ourselves up when it's out of our control, like, so don't think you look gross, don't think about what other people think about you, just don't beat yourself up, you are valid, you are loved, and stay strong.

If you, like me, have seizures, please don't beat yourself up. I used to think like, oh my god, I'm so embarrassing, it's so embarrassing. It's not embarrassing, it's out of your control. And like, I usually drool when I have a seizure, like a big one. It's just quite weird for the people like at my school because they don't know what's going on sometimes, and then I just feel really embarrassed. But it's nothing that you can control and nothing to be ashamed of, so don't beat yourself up. Embrace them, embrace your seizures. I know it sounds weird, but it's better to do that than cry yourself to sleep thinking, why do I have to live with this?
