Retail Salesperson

I think the main reason people quit is that they are sick of dealing with ornery customers who think they know better than you, or, you know, the monotony of the job. It's pretty much the same thing every day. In my case, I am typically working alone in my store, so it can get pretty boring as well. Or they might find a job with better pay somewhere else.

Okay, I personally quit just because my boss was not the best. They went away for two weeks and even though they had four workers, I was the only one that they required to work all two weeks. My brother was coming home after being gone for two years and I only had an hour off to go see him just because I they wouldn't let me have any time off and I had been working there the longest too and so it was just not the most ideal situation. So yeah, that's why I quit.
