Some of the hardest things with my job is dealing with people who are upset about the hospital's visitor policies. Right now, during the pandemic, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Intermountain Healthcare has implemented these policies to try to slow the spread, stop the spread in the hospital, and so there's people who just don't understand and they can get pretty upset. Obviously, it's a hard time having someone be in the hospital, especially when they're possibly at the end of their lives or just going through something hard. It's really good to have support system there, but there's people who can just be really mean.
