Payroll Manager

Why someone would quit a payroll manager position probably isn't any different than any other position. It's going to be, you know, the way you're treated and your manager, how you interact with them. But probably most often, especially in the payroll world, I would often get contacted by recruiters wanting me to join other companies. And it's just mainly going to be an issue of pay if, if somewhere that is recruiting you offers more money or a better opportunity or better environment, something you're probably going to jump on. It's actually pretty exciting to be wanted though, right? And so I think in the payroll field, if you work hard and if you keep up to date and you're definitely, definitely going to get opportunities in lots of places.
