It's just been, you know, in my life recently that they have developed the, you know, cell phone, the iPhone and the social media platforms. And at first I wasn't sure what they were going to do because I worked in the television business and we were kind of the king of the delivery system. But the new technology has really changed the world for better. So let me just throw out some facts there. There are right now 7.8 billion people who are living on this planet. And the last research that they found, about three and a half to four billion of them have a mobile device. So they're walking around with a mobile phone that they have internet access to. That's half of the world's population. They have internet connectivity, mostly Wi-Fi. And it's growing, you know, really, really fast.

I worked in television news or have taught television news for over the last 40 years, and so I've seen a lot of change in our industry. Now, back when I was in high school, back in the 1970s, the most trusted man in America was a man named Walter Cronkite, who was the anchor of the CBS Evening News. And so people trusted him, because that's what you sell in journalism is trust. If people don't trust your information, they're not going to believe it and they're not going to watch it. So he was highly trusted because he was a very ethical journalist. You didn't know what political party he belonged to, and it didn't come through in his reporting. He just reported the facts and let you decide. And that's what, you know, Fox says that, but that's what we're supposed to do in journalism.
