People are going to be happier in their jobs when they have four things and it's ramps. So relatedness, autonomy, mastery, and purpose. If they feel like they can relate to people and they feel like they belong, the are, right, the relationships, if they feel like they have autonomy and they feel like they're able to do their work, you know, from home or from wherever, or have some freedom there, and mastery, they feel like they're improving and they're progressing in their career. And then they feel like what they're doing has something to do with their purpose in life. I think that is when people stay. If one of those things or all of those things are not present, that's when people are going to start thinking about quitting or finding a different job, whether you are a director or under the director.

Marketing in general, it can be very tiring. It's always a fast pace. There's things to be done all the time. You can always do things better. You can always optimize and get that email, you know, whether it's an open rate or a click-through rate higher, social media, the engagement rate can always go higher. So there's always things to be done. I can see people burning out and deciding that they want a more docile occupation. That's one reason why you might leave marketing. The other reason I would say is if you just don't enjoy, again, the rat race. So I guess it is the speed. Again, there's so many great things about marketing, but it is meant for somebody who really enjoys doing different things daily and is always in the fray.
