Grounds Maintenance Worker

It all started when I was driving around and I saw this one house that was being renovated that the land had grass about seven feet tall. I decided to talk to the homeowner and ask him if I could clear that for him. I gave him a quote based off of what I created from other companies what they would charge and I just gave him a high price because he felt comfortable that it was lower compared to everybody else. He gave me the job. After doing that he was impressed with the fact that it looked very nice and he decided to give me the contact info of his son who manages car loans and since then I've been his grounds maintenance worker making steady income anytime I need it.
