Graphic Designer

I think the hardest experiences that I had as a graphic designer were some of my most growing experiences. A lot of times it was when a manager would come in who didn't have a ton of necessarily design experience and they would ask for something that either would take a lot more time or was super unfeasible just for the resources that we had and they would demand it in a really short period of time relative to what they were asking for. So sometimes that caused a lot of frustration or sometimes they would be super ambiguous on what they would want but you could tell that they were looking for something really specific. So I think communication from manager to designer especially when managers aren't super keen on the what it takes to make something that is really well designed. So that was the difficulties that I experienced.
