Floor Manager

A typical day as a floor manager where I work is I get to work generally 30 minutes before the rest of the employees get there and I go over the daily tasks for each person that I am over so that I know exactly what they're doing. I take a look at the drawings and make sure they are all correct and try to figure out what questions they may have so that I can answer them promptly when the employees get to work. I greet them, make sure they see what they've got to get done for the day and try to answer any questions right off the bat. If they don't have any questions right then I follow up during the day to make sure that they can complete their tasks.
