Film Director

I think people quit because they either lose passion for it or they realize that it is a very, very hard, challenging, oftentimes not financially rewarding profession. And there are easier ways, there are better ways, more exciting ways to make a living as far as career wise. I have not quit because I haven't given myself that option. When I wake up in the morning, that's what I think of is directing films. When I go to bed at night, it's directing films and all throughout the day, it's how can I direct my next project. And it's that type of passion that has driven me ever since I was in elementary school, knowing what I wanted to do. So if this is your passion, don't quit. Know that it's going to be tough. It's going to be hard. There's going to be times where you're going to think, I could make a better living flipping hamburgers somewhere, but don't ignore your passion.
