So for fevers, I think some helpful tips is taking the proper medication and taking care of your body like sleeping enough, getting enough vitamins, being in warm areas. For me, taking hot showers really helps with my fevers, especially if I'm like congested or my nose is stuffy.

When I have fever, my mom used to have wet clothes in like cold water and put it in my forehead so it keeps the temperature down.

Growing up, whenever I had a fever, we would always get a damp rag and put it on our forehead. Sometimes on the neck and the wrists also was really helpful. It just helps to regulate your body temperature, I think. It makes you feel a little bit better. Oddly enough, a hot shower or bath also feels really good when you have a fever. I don't know, usually there's congestion that sometimes comes with the fever, so that helps clear it up. But also it just feels good, which you would think is not true because your head is hot and then you're in a hot shower, but it does feel nice and that helps a lot.

Fevers, or having a fever, is one of the body's natural responses to warding off bacteria or infection. What happens is the body will increase its internal temperature in order to foster the best environment for our immune cells to kill antigens or whatever's trying to trying to do us harm inside our bodies. And so yeah, just a couple pointers or tips would be like make sure that whenever you have a fever, you get plenty of rest. You get plenty of rest, you sleep well, as well that you're fueling your body a lot. Your body is gonna burn a lot of calories to maintain that high temperature and and also you want to stay hydrated because you'll be sweating a lot too, believe it or not. So anyways, those are a couple helpful tips that have helped me in my life.

Helpful tips for a fever is rest, obviously hydration. Sometimes I've also done like taking a cold shower or getting a cold towel, whether you put it like in some water and then freeze it and using putting that on like your head and neck areas, those help me.
