Whenever it starts getting cold and I'm not prepared and the temperature changes drastically from hot to cold and I'm just out in the cold and boom I'll get a fever and it'll just come in quick and I'll have like a sore throat feeling at first and a slight headache or things like that and it's just the worst.

A fever can be caused by many, many things. A fever is not a disease. A fever is a symptom of a disease, like a bacterial infection or a virus. It's not as bad as we used to think. It's just our immune system really doing its job.

There could be many causes. I feel like most of the time when I get a fever it's either because I was exposed to someone else or because I am dehydrated and tired.
