A typical day as a concert pianist includes a lot of practicing. Currently I am in the master's program right now and it's around five or six hours of practicing a day. During the summers it's more like eight or nine, but during the school year it's a lot of homework. I currently teach as well and so my days are spent in a practice room all by myself practicing all day long.
