My favorite countries that I visited were in South America, I visited Argentina and Peru, and I think just the culture is incredible. There's so many historical sites that are so interesting and not well known. I also visited Guatemala and Central America, which I thought was really just culturally enriching. It really changed my life, so I totally recommend exploring South America.
I can honestly say I've loved every country I've been to, but if I had to pick a couple of favorites, I would choose Spain and I would choose Italy. And the reasons I would choose those two is because of the variety of things to see, the great history behind both of the countries, the variety where there's beaches, there's sights to see, there's ancient architecture, there's nice people, there's lots of great shopping and things to do. So I've loved both Italy and Spain and would actually like to have the opportunity to live in both of those countries for six months each. Hopefully I can do that someday.
