One of the biggest culture shocks I had when traveling was when I got to Peru and I was just really shocked by how many things were different. Like, the food was so different, I got sick, the people were so friendly and warm. A lot more friendly than people in the United States I found and something I had to learn was to be more like warm and friendly when I'm meeting people and like greeting them. They would always like hug and give a kiss on the cheek and that was something that kind of made me uncomfortable at first that I had to get used to but I did.
