If you've got cancer, whatever part it is, keep it covered, keep it warm. If it's neck cancer, throat cancer, wear a scarf around your neck until it heals and make sure you take any medication that you're taking and take as much time off work if you're working as you need to until you're healed. Do not go back before you're ready. Give yourself time, enough time to heal.

I didn't know I had it until I'd had a lump in my throat for three months and I thought well it's not still a cold it's not still a lymph node up because I've got a cold this has been here for three months I better keep it get it checked out so I did and straight away they got onto it it was cancer throat cancer so yeah check for lumps.
