I think the most helpful thing that I had was you take just a little bit of salt and a little bit of baking soda and you put it in water and you gargle it. That kind of helps with the pain for a little bit. It's not super helpful, but like it'll it'll like take the edge off. Also any sort of like anesthetic lollipop or something like that, that's helpful to at least take care of and manage the symptoms, but the best thing to do really is to just go to the doctor and get antibiotics and like the sooner the better because after that first dose you feel so much better and like it just goes so much faster once you're on the antibiotics and you feel so much better and you're able to like drink and eat and take care of your body so that way it can take care of you. Yeah and just drink and sleep. Sleep as much as you can and drink as much as you can and you'll feel better a lot a lot faster.

Whenever my daughter got strep, it always started with really bad stomach pains. She never got the sore throat. She just had the stomach pain and then she would get the high fever.

If someone you know or you have strep and there come unexplainable symptoms afterwards, mostly psychological, but also if just any unexplainable and weird symptom, please google or just get checked out for pandas, pance, bge, these are very similar, but it's a disease I have and it's sucks. But if you catch it like quickly, so you have to, that's why you have to like check it out quickly and treat it, so like go to doctors before it becomes chronic, which is the case for me, and you can prevent that.

A couple months ago I had strep throat and my friend Anna Karen recommended the Medicine Ball drink from Starbucks. It's really soothing and here she is. It's super good. It's kind of like minty but fruity in a good way. Yeah and it didn't like help me get over it but it definitely helps your throat feel a little better. Helps you get through the day. So helpful tip.
