What I wish I knew, you know, having watched a father perform, I knew quite a bit about this business. So I went into it with my eyes open. It was nice having somebody that had been there before who served as my manager, who watched out for us. Just know this, and I was told this by a producer friend of mine in Nashville. He says, for every good guy in this business, there's about 10 snakes. Just know what to watch out for. There's a lot of people that are going to try and take advantage of you. They can people that say, Hey, pay me this amount of money and I'll make you famous. Run. Do not pay them. Stay away from people like that. Just know that there's a lot of heartache stories in this business from people that are dishonest. We've had our share and just know this, that you will too, but just keep your eyes open. Own your business. Don't ever sign a, don't ever get a rubber stamp. You sign your own checks.
