How I got my job. I used to mimic my father, Alan Osmond, who was the oldest of the performing Osmond brothers, and we used to do their old routines, my brothers and I. He said, this is awesome. Let me teach him. We started singing in church. We did a local TV show. Well, the crazy thing is, is that People Magazine wrote a little article about this show we were doing about a new generation of Osmonds. Well, guess who read that article? Bob Hope. And Bob Hope's the one that gave my brothers and me our first shot on his Christmas special. Well, guess what? Mike Curb of Curb Records watched that show and said, if we can make the Osmonds popular once, we can do it twice. So we got signed on their record labels and we got signed on Epic Sony and really worked our tails off and just had a lot of fun. But it all started by just singing in church.
