Sepsis is a very, very dangerous thing. My mom had a surgery done and then a few weeks, like I think it was a few days after, she went septic and she almost died. As her son, it was a little scary because she was in the hospital for over a week and she actually almost died, which is crazy to me. So it's important just to, as a son, I mean I just tried to love her and be in the hospital with her and visit her and I think that's how you can support someone. It's kind of hard because it can take, it can kill someone really fast, so just being willing to take someone to the hospital can also save a life.
