So something that I really like to do, which is more of I feel like a workout than just like an exercise, is I like to go to like parks that are kind of more hilly and I'll do like laps there and I'll have like a spot within the lap that's like my walking spot. So it kind of gives me like little break in between and so I'll just do laps and then I'll set my own intervals for myself for whatever I want to hit and I'll just kind of train my body and create a good tempo for myself to hit whatever my goal is and then each time I get a little bit of rest before I start a new one.
