There's this app that I use to help me get into running. It's called the running app and it basically gives you like a timed workout. You can choose how long but it will have you do like like two minutes of walking, a minute of running, two minutes of walking, a minute of running and it will like build you up as the days and weeks go by and I found it super motivating because I think it's hard to just start by running like two miles. It definitely like will like eases you into it um so that was super motivating for me.

Okay, when it comes to running, I would definitely say starting out, make sure to start out slow and at a slower pace. Even if it feels like you're like barely moving or like you could just walk, just start out slow and work your way up. I think I would always go and just be like, I can run fast and then, I don't know. I feel like if you want to get better at running, you have to learn how to run long distance and learn how to have endurance. And in order to run long distances, you have to slow down your pace until you can work your way up.
