Hello, my name is Amanda and I would like to share my favorite book from the Mormon Bible. It really is a very good book, and I invite you all to read it. It is in 2 Nephi chapter 25, verse 26. It says, And we speak of Christ, rejoice in Christ, preach about Christ, and write according to our prophecies, so that our children may know to what source to look for forgiveness of their sins. And I liked that verse because I can really rejoice in Christ, and that He is my Savior and your Savior, and I am really very grateful for Him and everything He does for each of us, and I am grateful for this knowledge.

My favorite scripture is about Jesus Christ. It is in Alma 7, verses 11 and 12. It says, And he will go forth, bearing all kinds of pain and suffering, and this, that the word may be fulfilled, the one who says that he will take upon himself the pains and sufferings of his people. And he will take upon himself death, that he may disconnect the bonds of death, which bind his people. And he will take upon himself their infirmities, that his heart may be filled with mercy. As for the body, that he may know how to help people after their infirmities. And I like this a lot because it brings me closer to Jesus Christ.

My favorite verse is in the Book of Mormon, in the Book of Moroni, chapter 7, verse 48. And it says, We will see him as he is, so that we may have this hope, so that we may be purified as he is purified. I like very much the promise that we can have God's charity and love in our hearts.

One of my favorite verses is in Isaiah 53, verse 5. It says, I appreciate this verse because it has helped me through many trials and I know that through every wound He has caused me, I am avenged. With every nail that He has pierced in the hands of Jesus Christ, on the cross and before, my sin can be washed away. I can repent, to be reconciled, and to become more like Him. And this verse helps me know that I still have a chance to start again. Because Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world, loves me. And this verse helps me do that.

Since I was young, I've had an inscriptor's verse that inspires me many times. And this verse from Mormon's book, even in Alma's book, says Now you may believe that this is madness on my part. But behold, I tell you that through small and simple things, great things are done. And small mistakes, many times, embarrass those who understand. Since I was young, I've been very upset that I haven't done great things in my life. But I've observed how I've grown through small and simple things, to become who I am now.
