So symptoms are your hands turn red, and then purple, maybe blue, maybe green, maybe orange. You just kind of get rainbow colors. You maybe start to lose feeling in them. You can press on them, and if the blood doesn't return within like two seconds, that's not good. You need to wear gloves fairly often. But yeah, if your hands start changing colors and the blood doesn't seem to be returning back to them within two seconds, you're probably close to Raynaud's that or you're just freezing yourself being outside. So wear gloves.
