I am such a list maker. I like to make lists of things that I need to get done for the day and once all those things are done, I'm like, okay, what do I do now? Let me just scroll my phone. But in trying to limit my screen time and trying to kind of fix the way that I have been using my phone and the relationship I have with it, I've been thinking about ways that I can serve other people, cleaning my house, organizing, trying to ignite my creative brain a little bit through just hobbies and activities that I did as a kid and I feel like it's helped me kind of reconnect with myself and the people around me and I have noticed a positive impact of that.
