Some things that help me sleep better is having a routine to go to sleep. So maybe an hour or two before I start kind of going into the same rhythm to get ready for bed. That'll kind of prepare your mind to go to sleep, wash away any like anxiety or worries you might have. Another thing that I do is I stay off electronics, whether it's phone or TV or computer in the lead up to getting ready for bed.

My best tip for sleeping better is to take time before bed to just wind down. Take 30 minutes to even an hour to just lie in your bed, maybe read a book or journal, and just take time to let your brain relax. I think it's hard to sleep when your brain is still running, so taking time to yourself before going to bed will really help.

So most studies show that any screen time or blue light within an hour falling asleep or trying to fall asleep makes it harder. So I try, not always successful, but I try to limit my screen time or wear blue light glasses at least an hour before I try to go to bed and that I feel like helps my brain kind of wind down and relax for the night and helps me sleep better at least.
