One book that has helped with productivity is The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins. At the very beginning of the book, she talks about this practice that she uses to help her get out of bed, because it's so hard to get out of bed sometimes. She'll pretend that she's like a rocket and she'll go, three, two, one, go. And she's found that by doing that, she can get out of bed way easier, because a lot of the times we just lie in bed because we're overthinking things. We're thinking about how stressed we are, the things we have to do that day, and it can just seem like a mountain to get over. But when you do that three, two, one, go, you're distracting your brain and you're focusing on just getting your body out of bed. It works.
