A habit that recently changed my life actually is deleting social media off my phone and only accessing social media on my laptop because I found myself just going on to Instagram on my phone just like at random times in the day and not even really thinking about it before I went on. I think it was just a natural instinct to do and I just have been wasting so much time that way so I decided to delete it and now like I only go on social media when I really want to because I have to go the effort of logging in on my computer so that has been really helpful for me to stay more productive.
