I think the best way to stay motivated is to have goals set for yourself. This could look like goals that you want to achieve in your career, with school, or with fitness. I think if you don't have a goal, then there's no reason to be motivated really. Another thing that does motivate me, which is kind of surprising, but social media does motivate me, especially when it comes to like fitness. I like to watch like videos of like um other women who are like working towards fitness goals like I am, and that really motivates me seeing other people do it. And the same goes with like school and work and other like hobbies that you want to work on. I think it's really helpful to see other people doing it.
