In college, I've had many experiences where I've been burned out just from trying to balance lots of homework, exams, work, a social life, exercise, and my best tip is to take breaks. Take 10-minute breaks in between your classes or take a five-minute break at work. That way that you don't get burned out and you can recharge.

A tip I use to avoid burnout or deal with it is to work towards something, have something fun or exciting planned for the future that you're working towards. Anytime that I'm in a pretty late stage of burnout, I usually like to almost spend like an hour just doing something that I like to do, just something fun that'll get me motivated again or if it's really bad you can just almost work ahead or take a whole day or an afternoon and just spend it doing something that you enjoy, kind of rest your mind, recover and then you can get back into being productive after that.
