Video 1 - Transcription

Like any disease, the most important thing to do in supporting somebody with that is just to be a listening ear, help support them as they're making changes and adjustments to their lifestyle to improve their symptoms, be kind, be loving, be accepting and understand they're going through a hard time.

Video 2 - Transcription

Be kind and don't judge. You may think you know how to solve someone's problems and offer what you think is great advice, such as waxing their face to remove the hair they're struggling with or see a dermatologist to deal with the acne, but you don't know everything that they're going through and all the things they're trying to manage. So be kind, be loving, don't judge.
