I would say tips for success would be consistency. One of the things that I learned is that if you're consistent in anything, whether it's podcasting, whether it's working out, whether it's just in general itself, consistency is the key and research. Research consistency and just putting yourself out there. You miss 100% of the shots you don't make. So if you're consistent with your shots, you're going to make all 100. So just be consistent.

Tips for success in any podcast that you do. Remember, have fun. Most important, have fun with your podcast. Don't be afraid to mess up on your podcast because it is your podcast. Also, don't be afraid to, and this is the most important thing, don't be afraid to go on someone else's podcast and be a guest or be an interviewee on someone else's podcast. I find myself networking the best when I joined someone else's podcast for an interview and it was great to network with a lot of people that I've met doing that. So definitely always look to network with other podcasters and create a community of podcasting aficionados and things like that. So that's the tip for success for my end. Peace.

I would highly recommend being consistent, at least weekly, publishing a podcast. Definitely also go on other people's podcasts. I think that's something that a lot of podcasters think, oh, I just gotta do as many episodes as I possibly can, but then what if nobody knows about your podcast? Well, it's not gonna grow, and then you're gonna become less motivated, and you might not even have enough traffic to be able to have ad revenue or income from podcasting. And so most podcasters actually will quit after about seven episodes. But if you can be a guest on other people's podcasts, more people will hear about you, and more people will wanna listen to your information on your podcast as well. So I highly recommend podcast guesting as a success strategy.

If you have a podcast that's similar to mine that runs on interviews with other people mostly and you don't have experience interviewing people prior, a couple tips for interviewing people. Typically I don't like to provide people interview questions beforehand because then it provides like a lot of canned answers. I prefer to just honestly ask people in the moment and it's it's really best if you can make it a conversation and you know feed off what they tell you in order to form your next questions. So I come in with a few questions in mind that I definitely want to ask them but I don't put anything down in writing. I just have a conversation and it flows naturally and I feel like that's where a lot of the most interesting things come out. Instead of providing people with like a list of questions you're going to ask them beforehand and getting a lot of canned answers. You know generally I'll give people a general idea of what I'd like to talk about so that they can think about it.

If you've listened to a lot of podcasts, a lot of them have intro music, outro music, a couple of extra things that just make it feel more uniform to all of your episodes and give it a little bit more of a professional feel. This is something I did with mine, it was fun. I actually just hired someone on Fiverr. So if you don't know what Fiverr is, it's just a website where you can find people that will do all kinds of different creative odd jobs. I'm pretty sure it's spelled F-I-V-E-R and I just searched for someone that could help me make some intro music for my podcast, told them what I was looking for, and they get it to you so fast and it's pretty inexpensive. So if you'd like to have something like that done, I would really recommend using Fiverr.
