Watch VideosEver since I can remember, I've had some of the symptoms of PICA. I would eat a lot of napkins, or like paper, or little strings that come off of towels. I would eat those a lot, and I remember doing that growing up, or whenever I'd have a sucker, like a dum-dum, I would always eat the, I'd finish the sucker, and then I would eat the stick that it came on, because it was kind of made of paper. And then in high school, I started getting more into ice. I started really craving eating ice a lot, and I also started really, really craving chalk, to the point that sometimes I would see someone writing on the chalkboard with chalk, and I couldn't focus on anything else, like my mouth would start watering, and I just really wanted to eat the chalk, which sounds a little weird. But I was able to kind of get over it a little bit. My mom had me start taking some iron pills, and eventually it's kind of, it's worn off a little bit more. It's not very serious anymore, so.
