The biggest thing I can think of when I see, and I'm not perfect in this aspect by any means, but as a physician especially and getting through med school and getting through all the hoops that you have to jump through, the best thing to do is stay humble. There's always somebody who knows more than you, there's always somebody who's better than you at something, and so if you can be a sponge and you can be humble and you can be teachable, and this is not only in medicine but in any aspect of life, those are the things that are going to help you become the best physician that you can be. Because with that mindset, people are willing to teach you, they're willing to hire you, they're willing to do a lot of things if you show that you're humble and teachable. If you're prideful, those doors don't open as often, so avoid pride, stay humble.
