I've been made the pharmacist in charge at our store and my least favorite part of that job is having to write policies and procedures. I love to follow policies and procedures, I do not like to write them and I'm in charge of making sure that all of the laws are followed appropriately and as we conduct our business and just having to constantly keep up with that, that's a little bit less enjoyable.
