I would say Mondongo is probably one of the things a cow's stomach. I had it in Milanese de Mondongo, which is essentially flattened out. Unfortunately, we had to eat it when it was cold, and it came out in some cases about like trying to eat rubber off of a tire. A little bit hard to chew, definitely hard to swallow.

Chicharrón is basically fat from whatever animal. Basically, they just take the fat that they cut off from the meat and then they throw it on a barbecue of charcoal and then they put a bunch of lemon pepper on it and then you eat it. Yeah, literally you eat that and then you have mandioca and it's like all fat and then you walk out feeling so heavy because literally what you just ate is just all fat. That was probably one of the craziest foods that I had. It was good though, I'm not gonna lie, it was really good but it was just really weird because you're basically eating all fat.

Another food that they've had is a very bony fish from the river. It's something that some people really like there. If you eat it there tends to be really really tiny tiny bones which turn out like needles in your mouth and they stab you in the gums and the roof of the mouth and the tongue and it's kind of frustrating to eat. My recommendation would be pulling apart in the direction of the bones with your fork before attempting to consume it. I might have a little bit better experience. I had to suffer through learning how to eat that.

I had a soup that she put the foot of a pig in there. I had cow's tongue, which wasn't actually that bad, and I think that's the craziest things I ever had. I have a friend who had armadillo, and he got sick from that, so be careful with that.
