Some common misconceptions that optometrists are usually associated with is that they only perform the one or two thing, which is better, one or two. And of course, that's one of the many things that optometrists are known for doing. But after that, whenever they're looking, they're shining that really super bright light in your eyes, that's them checking to see your overall systemic health of your body. So the eyes are, you know, not only like the window to the soul, but they can also check for systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, things like that. The eyes are the only place where doctors can actually visualize blood vessels. So that's really cool. So yeah, so we're not only doing the one or two thing, we can also check your overall health as well.
