There are a couple of books that I really recommend that people read before they get married or during their marriage, and they want to rekindle things and they want to make sure everything's nice and healthy. The Bible, the Scriptures, very important because it shows masculine and feminine roles and how to work those, ideally. And the second one, it's a non-secular book, but it's two books, but they're one of my favorites. They're two of my favorites. One of them is Fascinating Womanhood. It's from the 60s, but it's really timeless in what it talks about. And that one's for the women. And for the men, I recommend Man of Steel and Velvet by, it's actually a husband and wife that wrote both of those books, but very good stuff. I recommend those.

One of my favorite resources about relationships, there are actually two books, one is Leadership and Self-Deception slash The Anatomy of Peace. It's a first and second book in the series. So good, teaches you so much about yourself and how you see people and how you can treat them better. And then the second one is How to Avoid Falling in Love with a Jerk. Super, super good in all relationship scenarios. Get acquainted with those books, definitely use them throughout all types of relationships, but throughout your entire marriage.

I recently came across something called The Work by Byron Katie. It's really really cool stuff if you're into mindset training and meditating, things like that. But what it has helped me identify is how to change my thoughts so I'm not angry all the time towards my spouse. So for example, I asked for help on something and maybe he said he couldn't help me and then I was upset, like why won't he help me? The Work helps you walk through that and get a different shift in how you view it. You know, maybe he's not helping me because he's teaching me how to be independent. That's a cool thought. So I want to just invite you to take a look at The Work by Byron Katie and perhaps that can help you in just being a good individual.
