Blood sausage. My companion and I went to a lady's house for a lesson and she usually fed us, and usually the food was pretty good, but one day when she told us that we were having blood sausage, I leaned over to my companion and asked, what is blood sausage? And he's like, oh, you'll find out. So she brings something in that looks like coal bass or sausage, and it's blood sausage. Cutting this sausage, I could see why it's called blood sausage. My advice is, if you have a food that is given to you, eat it slowly if you don't like it. My companion and I were sick for several days after eating this blood sausage. If you hear somebody offer you blood sausage, ask them, is there something else that we could eat politely?
