There are a lot of different versions of this kind of food, but if you want to find a quick, cheap place to eat in Germany, this actually isn't really German food, it's technically German and Turkish. So back in the 1970s, you had a lot of German immigrants, sorry I flipped that, you had a lot of Turkish immigrants coming into Germany, and they invented something called the Döner. And basically what it is, it's kind of like a gyro, if you've ever heard of a gyro or a gyro, but it has kind of a Turkish twist to it. They're really cheap, you can get them, they're really good, full of meat, vegetables, they're very very good, you can get them for like 5 to 8 euros, and it like totally fills you up. Tons of food in there. I personally wish they had them in the States, because they're, they would probably bring, if they were as popular as they were in Germany, I don't think fast food restaurants would be as prevalent, but really really good option if you want to have something quick and cheap, and they're also everywhere, you can find them anywhere, so yeah.
